We have dedicated support team working round the clock to solve customer issue. so you won’t see typical product support got exhausted in couple of month after launch. i will explain how we handle support

  1. We have Development team working Monday- Friday from 10am – 9pm IST
  2. We have some tech guy for support after office hours
  3. We have on call guy every weekend,so some one must be available every weekend to help.
  4. you will get 100%  support from technical guys, instead of  bugging non technical staff

We are working hard to provide 24 x 7 support.we try to achieve following

  1.  Get Ticket resolved in one day
  2. Provide quick reply, typically you will get response in 30 mins maximum ,but you might receive slow response during our sleep time.
  3. We try to provide solution for every single customer,we hear all your future request ,improvements etc..

Make sure you do following while submitting ticket

  1.   While submitting tickets, provide as much information possible ,like wordpress login,cpanel details ,screenshots etc,so we dont want to wait for you to provide
  2.  please use registered email id for submitting ticket
